I'm just getting around to buying an 04 casebook and saw the Clinic Guide Flip Chart. I'm not sure what info is on it. Can I get an idea so I can decide whether or not to order it? Thanks.

It is just what it says it is, a clinic guide. There is little information in there that isn't listed someplace else or that should have been told to you by an ASA clinician.

Unless you conduct clinics, it isn't worth the money.
