Think this one through!
Runner on 1st and third.....1 out. Fly ball to right......Runner on 1st fails to properly tag up and is almost to 2nd when the catch is made......she is hustling back as F9 throws to 1st to catch the runner off the bag. Runner on 3rd scores prior to the out at first. Does the run count? Joel |

Yes, the run counts.
This is a time delayed play. The only times that the run would not count is if the third out is on a force out or on the batter runner before he/she reaches first base.

Speaking ASA.
As long as the runner on 3rd properly touched after the catch or did not properly touch but was not properly appealed, yes the run scores.
