Glen,
Did he call AFA? You could check with your AFA folks maybe. I know he was into doing a lot of things with his daughters and was ill for a time. If he called ASA, contact them. I would, but I don't know any Texas folks but you and Joel. I wish we could locate him, he's a jewel and a pleasure to converse with. I loved his 'Softball Rules Myths'
