What's up with Eteamz?

Eteamz has been real slow for me the last couple of days. The site loads fine, but when I try to access a message, it takes forever.

Anybody else having troubles?

I can't even get there with my hi-speed cable modem. I can get on at work with a dedicated T1 line, but it's slow. Sounds like a bandwidth problem.

I know nothing about T1's, and bandwidths and such, but a Yahoo article said to clean out your cookies to speed up your computer. I asked the kids how to do that and it fixed my troubles with e-teamz. I use dial-up connection, so everything is slow, but a couple of days ago I could only get the index, couldnt get to individual threads.

Just worked fine with DSL, problem must have been resolved or it is a local problem in your area.

Haven't been able to get past the Fastpitch page for 2 days. Must be something wrong with their site. My computer is just fine.

Me too (as above) Delete your cookies, it worked for me. I just checked, e-teamz still works, not much going on though.

Yes, you can clean up your cookies, but it must be with the server they are using. If everybody gets on at one time it will slowly cause the site to slow down some. Happens alot to different sites. So don't worry.

But you must clean for computer atleast once a month.

to clean cookies:

go to tools, next down to internet options, next go to temp. internet files. ( using xp it should have delete button for cookies), settings, view files, go to edit, select all, hit the big X for delete. hit yes when it comes up. hit okay, hit okay again. cookies gone.

Not totally gone. Check your recycle bin. There the are now. You also can empty this bin the same way...
Works the same way with virus-containing e-mails...
