This is another new rule of the week.
This one at least came from a coach. One a home run, the ball is dead so you can't have an appeal on a missed base by the batter/runner. You can have one on the runners who were on base though. However, if the preceding runner is out on appeal all the other runs still score. Hmm, aspirin anyone?
