RE: Women's ASA FP
Please help me with the one minute rule.

When does the minute start:
  • After third out;
  • After defense gets to dug-out;
  • After pitcher gets in position;
  • After pitcher and any catcher are ready for warm-ups;
  • After pitcher throws 1st warm-up.

    That's why I like to see the coach call'em over for a
    talk before they hit the field. Usually, they will be
    able to get 1, 2 at most warm-up tosses.
