Just hearing about this and I am wondering if there is a phase in period. If not is there any way these Recreation Councils will be able to retro-fit existing helmets and still get the NOCSAE compliance.
. This would be a lot of Helmets to throw away, and have to re-purchase. I am also certain that these manufacturers are not going to mess with retro-fitting old helmets people may want to send back for face protection.
