ruling on this play???

ground ball hit to the 2nd baseman..she fields it cleanly and throws the girl out. The 1st base coach then tells the the base umpire that the 2nd baseman is playing with a 1st basemans's glove. This is in the 3rd inning. What would be the ruling under NFHS and ASA..please reference the rule for me. Also what would be your common sense thing to do? thanks in advance.
