Jewerly??

I have seen a couple of girls wearing soft "jelly-like" ropes. One girl had one on as a bracelet, the other was a necklace. I didn't mention anything about them but it did make me wonder, what does everyone else think? They were soft and would not cause any harm IMO if compressed into the body, the only concern I had was one getting hooked and pulled on a tag or slide. What say ya'll??
