I know I'm a little late, but welcome to the forum.

Yins guys are gonna learn what you need 'n 'at (and that). And the northeast and us yankees will complain about the weather like we never seen it before. I'm gonna go have my pierogies and pop and go dantan (downtown) through the sowside (South Side) to see my Buccos. Okay, that's enough with my accent.

Welcome!!

A man who worked computer support center for a large auto-parts distributor came back from lunch one day, and found a message to call a customer named Bubba at a parts store in Texas.

A man answered, "Auto Parts. This is Dave".

"May I speak to Bubba?" the man asked.

"That's me," he replied. "Dave's my nickname."

Cool

Thanks for all the warm welcome's and yes the weather out here is great. And believe me we pay for it. Season runs from February to end of May.

Qualifiers start mid June.

Weather

Umping here in Texas, and guess what - you Yankees have cursed me. It was freezing fricking cold last night, and (again - I live in Texas) I own no "Cold Weather Gear" - at least not for baseball/softball.

40 degrees. In Texas. In April. WTF!

Spostaby ("It's supposed to be") 40 agin ("again") tonight. Dammit. ("Dammit")

That's one of the reasons Taxes are high, Home values are through the roof.
3bed 2bath 1200
SQ ft home built in say 1960 (fixer upper)$380,000

Not to mention $2.45 for a gallon of gas. But it is beautiful here, Beach 10 minutes away, Mountains 1 hour away
Some good fishing too Ocean and Lakes but no streams or rivers close their all north of LA.

Coldest temp at my house this winter 45
Hottest temp my house last summer 90
