Coupla questions for resident gurus. (NFHS)
1. Batter double hits ball in or out of box what is your call(s)
2. Can a substitute (relief) pitcher renter to pitch? Who can renter to pitch?
3. Runner contacts f3 on first base causing f3 to drop.
3a. F4 catches a toss on the move from f3 fielding a bunt. Contact from runner, f4 drops ball what's the call.

Not a resident guru, but here is my shot. BTW, Welcome to
the board.

1. If intentional, ball dead, batter out. Intentional contact
with a foul ball, it must have a chance to become fair in umpires
judgement.

If unintentional batter still in BB, foul.

2. Can a substitute (relief) pitcher renter to pitch? Who can renter to pitch?

Yes, all players have re-entry rights. Who can re-enter
Also the originial pitcher may.

3. Runner contacts f3 on first base causing f3 to drop.

This question needs a little more information. Double base,
single base, bang bang play. And I think you mean by "to drop", to drop the ball.

3a. F4 catches a toss on the move from f3 fielding a bunt. Contact from runner, f4 drops ball what's the call.

BR, or runner on 1B going to 2B? Double base? Bang bang play? When was contact?

In the box & unintentional - foul ball. Out of the box, need more information.

Yes, so long as she can legally reenter for any other position, caveat below.

Any legal substitute. The only other restriction on pitchers is that the same player may return to pitch only once per inning.
