I'm not from FL, but it is a pretty big state and is very diverse in every sense of the word including softball.
It would probably help if you were a little more specific with information in the fields of geography(North, Central, E Central W Central, Southern, panhandle), sanctioning body (ASA, USSSA, NSA, NFHS, ISA, etc.), type of game (FP, SP or MP), adult or youth.
Though I haven't lived in FL for some time, I think it is pretty safe to say that the pay and availability varies pretty much from county to county and town to town.
