Elizzy,

I would like to apologize to you for opening your post with
a negative response.
Now and then we get what we refer to as "trolls", people just
looking to start trouble.

This is the first opportunity I have had to respond since I have
been out of town for several days.

It seems by my response others joined in since I "labeled" your
question as not being serious.

" besides, if you don't like the board, DON'T GO TO IT!!!"
Not exactly my statement, however, what I was trying to imply
was that on eteamz there are locations for players and coaches
to assist each other with these type questions.

"your probably older then me."
Being older than you does not make me wiser.

Again, I apologize and wish you the best in your efforts to lean
and play the game of softball.

class act, whiskers

I'm glad to see civility on the board. Way to go Whiskers, you're a class act. I've written my share of contentious responses to postings, and quite often felt bad afterward because I know I would have been much more civil in person. Now I try to imagine what I would say in person as I write e-mails. Keeps me from getting ulcers.

Yay for the upcoming season, I've got bad cabin fever and am ready to get out here in central Kentucky.

help for elizzy

I agree and hope the other thread dies, except maybe everyone deleting the negatives and the nonsense. And I certainly expect civility on this board.

I also agree with Dakota's suggestion of the
http://www.eteamz.com/fastpitch/boards/fastpitch
forum being more useful to a player; but I hope anyone with a rules or umpiring question would feel free to ask it here.

I hope we see a really good question from elizzy sometime soon, if only to show our sincerity.
