In answer to "what happened after the 31st pitch?"

The pitcher had been crying for about 10 pitches because she couldn't correct herself for some reason, and the coach WOULD NOT pull her. He (now the asst coach, head coach tossed) finally pulled her as she started really sobbing.
It was disguting display by this coaching group!
