batter steps out

Fed, fast pitch, high school.
In fed baseball, if batter steps and pitcher stops delivery, it's a do over.
What would it be in softball?

It’s a No Pitch ruling in Fed softball as well. Both the batter and pitcher violated rules, so there is no overall violation.
