Double touch?

Steps on rubber with ball in hand reaches over and put ball on her forearm resting against body then grabs ball and puts it in her glove then pulls it out and pitches is this a double touch?

Putting the ball under her forearm is not bringing the hands together.

Thanks... that's what I thought... no different than if she rested the ball against her body with the pitching arm
