Time limit on game.
In the bottom of the inning the 3rd out is made with 30 seconds left in the time limit. Do you play another inning?

By rule yes, new inning starts immediately upon the 3rd out of the previous inning.

Agree. You, as the umpire have no choice in the matter, other than to abide by the rules.

Your mistake was using a clock with a resolution in seconds!
