Team Warnings
NFHS: Are team warnings cumulative? E.g. team warning for not having bats & helmets laid out, then another team warning for a lineup card error. Do those 2 warnings (for different infractions) restrict the coach?

They only accumulate to a repeat of the same violation. Six diferent violations can result in six warnings.
