In a championship game my team just played in a girl was playing without a hardship. She had just moved there from another place and didnt play in any other games. She DID NOT have a hardship, and the school rules for transfers specifically states that if you do not have a hardship you must sit out an entire year from school related sports. Is that cheating yes or no??

We're pretty much concerned with the rules of play here, for eligibility questions you probably should check with your sanctioning body. They also have the ability to determine if she was truely eligible or not.
