I need to find some ASA certified umpires to ump a new adult softball league in the Charlotte, NC area. Anyone know who I should contact? Also I saw another email that said something about contacting the local UIC - what does UIC stand for? Thanks!

Try contacting the commissioner for Mecklenburg, Gaston, Cabarrus, & Cleveland counties:

I got this information from the North Carolina ASA web page.

"UIC" stands for Umpire in Chief.

a slow-pitch league, so I will have to pass.
