It went well. I spoke with my partners about my lack of experience and they were great about giving me help and tips. I was a linesman, and did ok. Staying with the 2nd defender involves a lot more running than I expected. I need to remember to constantly stay level with him, even as I am watching my line or officiating play in my area. Once I get more experience I will know when to switch where I am looking.

I did center for a JV game tonight and it went ok as well. I wish the mechanics section of the NFHS book had more information, but I think I will just have to watch and learn from veterans.
