New Jersey officials groups

I am looking for some people to contact to resume soccer officiating HS in NJ. When I left, the organization to which I belonged was called SCOA. Thanks for any help.

(by HS you mean high school right?)

maybe contact the local school board and speak to athletics director?

don't know if they work in the summer though...
