South Jersey Chapter of Soccer Officials (NJSOA) announces cadet program for high school to be officials starting Monday evening Feb. 28, running 8 weeks thereafter from 7-9 PM.Course will cover rule books, handouts, instruction, videos, etc. all you need to have an exciting career in high school soccer as an official.
