Where do you get dressed to work a game?

"Under-gear" items are changed in the restroom at work before driving to the game. Jersey selection at car after arriving at the field. The only time I have been able to change at the field is State tournament games and about 60% of college games.
I get treated much , focalities wise, when refereeing Basketball games.

95% of the time everything but the jersey at home and after seeing which color we're wearing that is at the field or in the parking lot.
