Went to another of my son's HS V games last week. 3 man crew officiating. AR 1 had a flag AND a whistle. In second half he flagged an offside and blew a whistle. Have any of you ever seen this before?

Officiating takes more than OJT. It's not our jobs to invent rulings to fit our personal idea of what should and should not be.
