Get an NFHS rules book, a USSF rule book, a pamphlet entitled "The Rules of Soccer Simplified", and a booklet entitled "Teaching Offsides". These would be a good start. RR

For NFHS soccer there is only one Rules book.

For USSF soccer you will want:

2. Advice to Referees on the Laws of the Game
3. Laws of the Game Made Easy
4. Guide to Procedures for Referees, Assistant Referees and Fourth Officials
