US Soccer will be changing from the traditional Cooper Test to the Beep Test.
How can I train for it? I run 3300 M in 12 mitues, 200 M in 26.5 seconds X 2, 50 m in 6.5 seconds x2. Any tips? ....The difference between tenacity and stubbornness is that one comes from a strong will and the other from a strong won't. ~Anonymous |
