This might be a little off-topic, and I'm afraid, based on how busy things are around here, that no-one will ever read this but ok... I'll take a chance... I saw this on the gmcgriff soccer board and (since I don't believe it has been posted here before) I have to share it with you .
Since the direct URL doesn't seem to work, I'll just post a link to the gmcgriff board... http://www.gmcgriff.com/refonline/ww...ssages/67.html Once you are there click 'funny soccer referee'... I'm sure that you'll all feel that you're mechanics will be very boring ADR

After watching this I feel like I have just watched our mechanics of the future. I will start practicing today. Can you just see one of us doing this at a U-11 game?

I also have been taught that when you go to give a card, you must be on your tip toes using one foot with the other foot resting against your knee with your head thrown back. I believe this gentlemen is doing it entirely wrong.

I stand corrected. I will wait for the book except with these mechanics I believe that a dvd will be essential. I sent this to our assignor telling her that I was already practicing doing this. Maybe I will get a few less games or calls as a result this season.
