Team A gets the tip and the ball goes directly out of bounds. I have seen where the refrees give it to Team B by using the arrow, but shouldn't they just give it to Team B because Team A knocked it...

Team A is shooting a two shot foul the first attempt bounces on the rim then stay right on the top of the rim. The reftrees called the shot no good wich I agree but the other coach thought it should...
