A1 is fouled, gets hurt, coach is beckoned.
At this point A1 must leave or team A must use a TO.
If they don't call a TO, one of their remaining 4 players...

If the coach was beckened yes, they need to take a TO for A1 to shoot his FTs.
If A1 leaves because of injury and there is no sub, yes they may play with 4, and A1 can't return until the next...
