MB yes I would and have shut the play down if the snapper makes such a bad snap that it rolls on the ground.
This was a JV game.
We missed one, and penalized one, and had a couple other...

Agreed a back may advance a loose ball...the question remains, did we have a loose ball or an illegal snap....in order for a ball to be loose it must be live, in order for it to be live the snap must...
