Seat belt?
Would this also be an indirect to the head coach, much like it would be if a dunk was attempted during any other dead ball situation (halftime, warmups, etc.)?

This one is so important, in fact, that the NFHS rule book says to call the violation "immediately and unhesitatingly." You don't want to wait for contact to call this one, or a majority of the time...
