Free throws or no free throws
When there is a situation with simultaneous technical or personal fouls or one foul after another. I'm not sure when you offset technicals fouls or even personal fouls that occur at about the same...

Fan noise during free throws
Can fans make noise during free throws ? examples...feet stomping, yelling at players, shouting their names, school name,...How far do we take rules in this instance ?

When a player is doubled team can the dribbler force his/her way*through even though there is no room. What can she/he do without it being a player control foul?
