Slowpitch gets $13-$14 per game.
Modified gets $15-$16 per game.
I'm not sure what the HS umpires get paid.
I swear we're in the lowest paying region in the country.

I don't think you can call an intentional drop in this case because, as azbigdawg pointed out, guiding the ball to the ground is not against the rules. With the face of the glove down you can't call...

I thought you were considered out of the box if either foot is completely outside the box (not touching the box) and on the ground. Wouldn't this be the same for hitting and, in this case, touching...
