So if the OT just ran downfield, an ineligible receiver downfield penalty would be called at the time the QB releases the ball?
I still don't get where the without blocking an opponent at the time...

Alignment of offensive linemen
Are all players nominally on the line of scrimmage supposed to be evenly aligned
(helmet on an extended line through the belt of the center?)
of course, you see most offensive tackles set well...
