Sorry not to have responded sooner but I just noticed I had a message. Also sorry not to have a printed copy of thr Fed test. I am in Texas and we only started using the Fed. test last year. I can't say much good comes from it. They ask a lot of questions about how far away should the on-deck circle be or the diamater of the circle. They even ask about hits or errors on the catcher. I would not recommend it.
