I work in the Cleveland area as well and have heard about one of the new conferences using 3 man for the JV games. I wonder if we have worked any games together. What conferences are you working for?

I work a mix of Varsity and JV. I have worked a few 3 man JV games at Northwest, which is in Canal Fulton. I believe it is a good thing - helps officials with not much 3 man experience get that experience in game situations. Can be a bit of a challenge if one or both of your partners are new to 3 man.
