On the arm or leg, A sleeve is a sleeve, correct? Doesn't matter is it has or hasn't a pad to protect the elbow, a 12" long compression device worn on the arm, padded or not is called a sleeve?

Just want to make sure I am right before I approach someone on the subject.

Hope all is well in Reno, I sure enjoy going back each summer to work Softball there.

I tried to PM you but it said "Nevadaref has exceeded their stored private messages quota and cannot accept further messages until they clear some space."

"when there is double whistle, the first one to the table wins".....we had a double whistle last night and both our calls are contradictory on who's possesion it will be after an out of bound situation. being the center ref the situation occured about 4ft. from me, and approx. 15ft. from the lead ref. i was holding the ball and tried to intiate an in-bound possesion/throw-in but was over-ruled by both partners (3PO), since the other whistleblower is the crew chief...i let it go during the game so as to show our solidarity inside the court, but later on during time-out expressed to them my frustration concerning their actuation...your opinion...

Nevada - I'm a member of the Bull Run Association in Northern Virginia. The two small private schools were Wakefield (The Plains, Va) vs Barrie (Silver Spring, Md). I would rather not post it. Be well and thanks for your counsel/advice over the yrs.

Your post on the double personal at the free throw was clear and complete and resolved my question.

And I got 92% on the test!

Private question here: The signal for PC, hand behind the head, then direction, is that the one being used the most? Should be used? I see a lot of guys simply bang their fist in the opposite direction, showing the reversal...Your thoughts, and thanks in advance...Bishopcolle

Where is this ruling from, on the 'what do you think of this' thread, if you don't mind me asking?
