				New to Lacrosse

I have a friend who is suggesting I do Lacrosse. I know when I referee basketball I walk, run, jog about 3 miles per hour. I would imagine Lacrosse is more intense. Does anyone know how much more you move in Lacrosse? How much better shape I need to be in to do a good job and to prepare myself for the physical activity? Thanks in advance [email protected]
