release of penalties

situation: team A in box serving 1 min. releasable. 20 secs. tick off and team B gets 1 min. penalty. ( ball awarded to A at center field) team B gets ball back and scores.
and/or team A scores after it got the baal a mid-field. who is released and who stays in box and are they locked in until lesser penalty time is over??

A is in box for a minute and then 20 seconds later B is in the box for a minute.
These are not simultaneous fouls; hence, not locked in.

If A scores...then B is released, but A stays in box.
If B scores, then A is released, but B stays in box.
