Where to find good rules explanations

There isn't a lot of traffic on this group; there's a lot more rules discussion at:

although this site does pick up during the spring. There are several really knowledgeable people at lacrosseforums.com, and just combing over the past messages will help you sort out a lot of the trouble spots.

Hopefully you have a copy of the rules. Be aware that there are a lot of differences between NCAA and NFHS (high school federation) rules, although some high school leagues use NCAA rules.
