For you NFHS guys I was wondering how you've been handling profanity this year and you've been banging kids on it? What if any do you let slide and do you issue warnings?

We have not been giving warnings. I have let cursing go if the player is reacting to his own pain, or his mistake and he isn't yelling. If it is loud and due to frustration, at another player or at a call, or lack of a call, I flag him for one minute, unsportsmanlike. Our association has been told this is being emphasized.

I agree with Tom's comments and I do the same thing.

Well it is a point of emphasis for NFHS 2004, that's why I asked.
