biggest thing is that mouth peices are now techs again. Just wanted to add this if anyone else was intressted and have not seen it.

I dont think that I will be doing any college games this year. However we get the joy of having the private schools play with NCAA rules with 12 min/quarters instead of 15 min/qu.
There is a slow move to make the rule books slightly different from each other so each year it get more and more interesting.

That's right, last year the rulebooks are very similar, almost identical rules
 It's kind of nice cause I have a PDF of the NCAA rules.
