Either there still seems to be a lot of confusion over the offsides rule initiated several years ago or officials refuse to learn the rule completely.

Officials still are not blowing the whistle when an offsides occurs and the pass does not go directly to a defending player.

Is this happening in other areas? Any feed back would be helpful.

I love the tagup rule

Luckily, north of the border, we still play under the tag-up rule Nice and simple
