He is one of professional sports finest officials. Personally, I think he would rank in the top 3 of all professional officials.

He did the lines at Sat's Cgy/TB game and all reports say that because he is retiring after this year, at age 58 (!) and 33 (!!!) years in the NHL, that game was his last. He has never missed an assignment in his NHL career and is the longest serving official currently on staff.

I really hope that they make a classy move and also give him the lines for game 7. For an official of his quality and dedication, he deserves that assignment.
