Booking Fees to HIGH

I need input as to booking fees paid by baseball/softball umpires to their respective booking supervisors, assignors, etc. Is this fee paid upfront..before season start? What dollar amount per month is each assignor compensated for time spent? Is computer software used to generate schedules? And how far in advance are schedules posted, given to each umpire? Are signatures required? do members get a personal copy of the Master Schedule? Is the assignor an employee of the Association? Is $1,500.00 to $2,500.00 a month in booking fees way to high? Games called by him are not included.

I know this is asking a lot of you...but your replies are needed so I can submit my proposal to my Association by the end of June.
