Canada, I remember hearing about that. Isn't it the 51st state or something? Or just part of North Dakota?

Happy Canada Day, Jugs!

When I was in Toronto last Thursday they were having all kinds of plugs for Canada Day. The major was even coming on the radio... cool stuff.

By the way, good food at St. Louis across from the Rogers Centre.

Thanks BITS. ND is famous for Fargo! So we're ok with that, seeing how that female actress wore a toque in the movie!

Tanner: St. Louis is nice bar. They have 800 horsepower hand dryers in their washrooms. They dry your hands in like 2 seconds. It's kinda funny, actually. Most other bars have cheapo ones. And as for the Rogers Centre, the proper name is still the SkyDome.

Here is one the all time favorite Canadian rants that was featured in a beer commericial in 2000:

Hey, I'm not a lumberjack, or a fur trader....
I don't live in an igloo or eat blubber, or own a dogsled....
and I don't know Jimmy, Sally or Suzy from Canada,
although I'm certain they're really really nice.

I have a Prime Minister, not a president.
I speak English and French, not American.
And I pronounce it 'about', not 'a boot'.

I can proudly sew my country's flag on my backpack.
I believe in peace keeping, not policing,
diversity, not assimilation,
and that the beaver is a truly proud and noble animal.
A toque is a hat, a chesterfield is a couch,
and it is pronounced 'zed' not 'zee', 'zed' !!!!

Canada is the second largest landmass!
The first nation of hockey!
and the best part of North America

My name is Joe!!
And I am Canadian!!!

Sorry JR, you know that's not true.

One more thing Canadians can be proud of: Juneau Beach, 6/6/1944.
