Is this legal in the NCAA:

The QB arrives at the LOS quickly, and puts his hand under Center in the standard position, he barks his cadence in an attempt to draw the defense offsides, failing to do so, he backs away from Center in order to call another play,(he does not simulate a play when he backs out) is that legal?

So can the QB go under Center-back out-go back under Center-back out,etc.; on the same play, is that legal?
