Anyone consider LIABILITY?? If you knowingly allow this to happen, you have high exposure.
The consequences of not allowing the player to enter are minimal compared to potential liability if you do allow the entry. Don't anyone tell me we are covered with liability insurance. Just because you have insurance doesn't mean you are doing the right thing. As for me, you aren't playing!
