Doesn't look like it. I could see the wing or officials to that side thinking this kid has a medical emergency the second that happened though.
This one wasn't either and should've been. And I don't mean the hit, looks okay and the WR probably needs tighter straps. (looking at this slower and again, he led with helmet to facemask of WR). The kid showboating and stepping over the top of the kid afterward in a high school game is baffling. It would be raining yellow if most crews, including my own, were working this one. The fact it is an ESPN video tells you all you need to know.
However, they would also do a sanctamoneous Outside The Lines episode railing about illegal helmet hits so as to give both sides of the "issue"  (However, after stopping and starting the video as best I can with our ancient browser, I did get it stopped at one point to where I'm not so sure it was IHC. On that second video, I have a legal hit to the chest with the arms and shoulders of the defender, a flag for unsportsmanlike conduct and an offensive player sent out for a play for losing his helmet.

There is some silly new "thing" going around amongst the kids, where they yell "put a coffin in it" or something like that.
They then play dead and fall into whatever is behind them, such as a bush, a vehicle, or a grocery display. Maybe he was dared to participate during the game.
